Vilma Kolpeja is part of NCSS since 1998 and is tasked with social research, social policy advising and analysis, project monitoring and evaluations, financed or conducted by World Bank, UNICEF, UNDP, GDN, etc. Also she had designed, prepared and delivered training programs for Albanian central and local administration of social services. Prior being part of NCSS Vilma has worked for 6 years at Albanian Ministry of Labor and Social Protection as social assistance expert and later as Director of State Social Services in Albania. Vilma is highly motivated and speaks and write English very well.
