Our Projects

The project aimed to strengthen community awareness in the municipalities of Kukes, Tropoja and Has to promote local governance in the performance of delegated functions, and in training local NGOs, in measuring the effectiveness of services in order to improve governance. The project built a set of performance indicators, from the point of view of citizens, and then built a model for measuring the performance of delegated functions of local government, specifically the social services, economic assistance and disability, and preschool education. The built model proved to be an effective mechanism for community participation in monitoring the delegated functions of local government. The project built community capacities equipped with knowledge and skills for conducting monitoring reports and measuring the performance of delegated functions of local government in the respective communities.
